ഗാന്ധിജിയും നോട്ടും പിന്നെ മായാവതിയും
ബി.എസ്.പി. നേതാവും ഉത്തര്പ്രദേശ് മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയുമാണ് മായാവതി. രാഷ്ട്രീയരംഗത്തായതിനാല് പല ആരോപണങ്ങളും മായാവതിക്കെതിരെ ഉയര്ന്നു വരാറുണ്ട്. എന്നാല് ഇക്കഴിഞ്ഞ ദിവസം ബി.എസ്.പി. ആഘോഷത്തോടനുബന്ധിച്ച് കോടികളുടെ നോട്ടുമാല അണിഞ്ഞതു സംബന്ധിച്ചും ആരോപണം ഉയര്ന്നിരിക്കുകയാണ്. രാഷ്ട്രീയ എതിരാളികള് പണത്തിന്റെ ഉറവിടം സംബന്ധിച്ച ആക്ഷേപം മാത്രമാണ് മായാവതിക്കെതിരെ ഉന്നയിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. എന്നാല് മാല ഉണ്ടാക്കാന് കറന്സിനോട്ട് ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നത് ദുരുപയോഗമാണെന്നു റിസര്വ്വ് ബാങ്ക് നേരത്തെതന്നെ വ്യക്തമാക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. മഹാത്മാഗാന്ധി നാഷണല് ഫൗണ്ടേഷന് നോട്ടുമാലയ്ക്കെതിരെ പരാതി നല്കിയതിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തില് റിസര്വ് ബാങ്കിനുവേണ്ടി 2008 മാര്ച്ച് 25-നു മാനേജര് കെ.സി.എന്.നായര് അയച്ച സന്ദേശത്തിലാണ് ഇക്കാര്യം വ്യക്തമാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. രാജ്യത്തിന്റെ പരമാധികാരത്തിന്റെ അടയാളമായ കറന്സിനോട്ടിനെ ദുരുപയോഗിക്കരുതെന്നു റിസര്വ് ബാങ്ക് പറയുന്നു. അതുപോലെതന്നെ മഹാത്മാഗാന്ധി നാഷണല് ഫൗണ്ടേഷന്റെ പരാതിയെത്തുടര്ന്നു 2007 ഒക്ടോബര് അഞ്ചിനു നോട്ടുകളില് എഴുതുന്നതും പിന്ചെയ്യുന്നതും ക്ലീന് നോട്ട് പോളിസിക്ക് എതിരാണെന്നും വ്യക്തമാക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.
നോട്ടുമാലയിലൂടെ മായാവതി രാജ്യത്തിന്റെ പരമാധികാരത്തെ അവഹേളിച്ചിരിക്കുകയാണ്. രാഷ്ട്രപിതാവായ ഗാന്ധിജിയുടെ ചിത്രം ആലേഖനം ചെയ്ത കറന്സിനോട്ട് ഹാരമായി അണിഞ്ഞതിലൂടെ ഗാന്ധിജിയെയും മായാവതിയും ബി.എസ്.പി.യും അവഹേളിച്ചു. ഹൈന്ദവവിശ്വാസപ്രകാരം കറന്സി (ധനം) ലക്ഷ്മിയാണ്. ധനം ദേവതയാണ്. ലക്ഷ്മീദേവതയെയും മായാവതി അപമാനിച്ചിരിക്കുകയാണ്. ലോകത്ത് മറ്റൊരിടത്തും കറന്സിയെ ഈ വിധം അപമാനിക്കുന്ന ഒരു ജനതയും രാഷ്ട്രീയനേതൃത്വവും ഉണ്ടാവില്ല.

Fri, Feb 26, 2010 at 2:59 PMDear Sir, ഇസ്ലാമിക് ബാങ്കിംഗ് - ഒരു ഉപഗ്രഹ....Comments :മതേതരത്വം എന്നാല് മതരാഹിത്യം എന്നായിരിക്കും ലേഖകന് മനസ്സിലാക്കിയത്.അതാണ് ലേഖനത്തില് പ്രകടമാകുന്നത്.ഓരോ മത വിശ്വസിക്കും അവരുടെ മത വിശ്വാസ പ്രകാരം ജീവിക്കുവാനുള്ള അവസരം ലഭിക്കുംപോയല്ലേ ഒരു രാജ്യം മതേതരത്വ രാജ്യമായി മാറുന്നത്?. രാജ്യത്തിന്റെ ഭരണത്തില് മതം ഇടപെടല് നടത്തുമ്പോള്,അല്ലെങ്കില് രാജ്യം ഏതെങ്കിലും മതത്തിനു സ്ഥാനം ,അധികാരം നല്കുക ,മത ചിഹ്ന്നങ്ങള് രാജ്യം സ്വീകരിക്കുക.. ഇങ്ങനെ ഒരു പ്രത്യേക മതം രാജ്യത്തിന്റെ ഒരു ഭാഗമാകുക,അല്ലെങ്കില് രാജ്യം ഒരു പ്രത്യേക മതത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമാകുക, അല്ലെങ്കില് ഒരു പ്രത്യേക മതം അവഗനിക്കപെടുക .. ഇങ്ങനെയൊക്കെ സംഭവിക്കുംപോയല്ലേ മതേതരത്വം നശിക്കുന്നത്?. അല്ലാതെ ഒരു മതവിശ്വാസത്തിന് എതിരായി രാജ്യത്തു നിലവിലുള്ള തടസ്സം നീക്കി ,അവര്ക്ക് സുഗമമായ മതവിശ്വാസ സ്വതന്ത്രം അനുവദിക്കുംപോയല്ലേ മതേതരത്വം മഹത്തരമാകുന്നത്?. അതല്ലേ ഇസ്ലാമിക ധനകാര്യ സ്ഥാപനം കൊണ്ടുവരുന്നതിലും ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നത്?.പലിശ ഉള്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള പണമിടപാട് ഇസ്ലാമില് കുറ്റമായി കാണുമ്പോള് ,മുസ്ലിങ്ങല്ക്കായി മതം അനുവദിക്കും വിധം സാമ്പത്തിക ഇടപാട് നടത്തുവാന് സൗകര്യം ഒരുക്കുകയല്ലെ യഥാര്ത്ഥ മതേതരത്വം?.അല്ലാതെ മതം അനുവദിക്കാത്ത കാര്യം ചെയ്യണം എന്ന് പറയുകയും,പകരം മാര്ഗം നല്കാതെ മത നിഷിദ്ധമായത് അടിച്ചേല്പിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യലാണോ മതേതരത്വം?.ഇത് മാനുഷിക നീതിക്ക് എതിരല്ലേ?. അമേരിക്കയില് ഒരാള്ക്ക് മുഖം മറച്ചു നടക്കാന് നിയമ പരമായി അനുവദീയമാല്ലായിരുന്നു. ഈ നിയമം അമേരിക്കന് മുസ്ലിം സ്ത്രീകള്ക്ക് മുഖം മറക്കാനുള്ള സ്വാതന്ത്രത്തെ ഇല്ലാതാക്കിയിരുന്നു.പക്ഷെ ,വെറും ഒരു കോടിയോളം മാത്രം മുസ്ലിങ്ങള് ഉള്ള അമേരിക്കയില് ഈ നിയമം ഭേദഗതി ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്.രാജ്യത്തിന്റെ നിയമം പൌരന്മാരുടെ മതസ്വാതന്ത്രത്തെ നഷ്ടപെടുതുന്നുന്ടെന്നും,മത വിശ്വാസത്തിനു എതിരെയുള്ള നിയമം അടിച്ച്ചെല്പിക്കുന്നത് മനുഷ്യത്ത്വ രാഹിത്യമാനെന്നു മനസ്സിലാക്കിയ അമേരിക്കന് ഗവര്മെന്റ് തന്നെയാണ് നിയമ ഭേദഗതി ചെയ്യണമെന്നു ആവശ്യപെട്ടതും ,കോടതില് വാദിച്ചു നേടിയെടുത്തതും.അമേരിക്ക ഇങ്ങനെ മഹത്തരമായ മതേതരത്വം, മനുഷ്യത്തം കാട്ടി മാതൃകയായിട്ടുന്ടെങ്കില്, ഒരു ചോദ്യം ബാക്കിനില്ക്കുന്നു, ഇന്ത്യയില് അമേരിക്കയില് ഉള്ള അത്രയും മതേതരത്വം ഇല്ലേ?. Tue, Feb 23, 2010 at 4:52 PMമതം അത്രയ്ക്ക് സെക്കുലറല്ല!Comments :മതം അത്ര സെക്കുലറല്ല എന്ന സുബിയുടെ ലേഖനം വായിച്ചു. ആദ്യമായി ഒരു കാര്യം അറിയിക്കുന്നു. ഇസ്ലാം ഒരു മതമല്ല. അത് പ്രപഞ്ചത്തിലെ സുതാര്യവും ക്രിയാത്മകവും ഉദാത്തവുമായ ആജീവനകലയുടെ ശ്രേഷ്ഠ മായ ഒരു മാര്ഗ രേഖയാണ് . മതം എന്നാ രണ്ടക്ഷരത്തിനുള്ളില് ഒതുക്കി നിര്താവുന്നതല്ല ഇസ്ലാമിക ജീവിത ദര്ശനം. മുന്വിധികളില്ലാതെ ഏതൊരു മനുഷ്യനും പര്യാലോജി ക്കാനും ഉള്കൊള്ളാനും ഈ സമഗ്ര ജീവിത ദര്ശനം ഒരേപോലെ അവസരം നല്കുന്നു. അതൊരിക്കലും ഉപയോഗപ്പെടുത്താതെ കേട്ടുകേള്വിയുടെ അറിവിലും കാണുന്ന കാഴ്ചകളുടെ പേരിലും ശ്രീ subiyeppolullavar വിലയിരുത്തരുതെന്നപേക്ഷിക്കുന്
നു. അത്യന്തം ഇസ്ലാമിന്റെ ആധികാരികത വിശുദ്ധ ഖുര്-ആന് ആണ്. മതനിര പെഖ്സതെയെ ഏറ്റവും കൂടുതല് ബഹുമാനിക്കുന്ന ജീവിത ദര്ശനമാണ് ഇസ്ലാം. നിലവില് ഇസ്ലാമിന്റെ പേരില് സംഘടനാ വ്യവസായം നടത്തുന്ന മുല്ലമാരയൂടെയും മൌലനമാരുടെയും കുത്തകയല്ല ഇസ്ലാം. യഥാര്ത്ഥ മുസല്മാന്റെ മുഖമാണ് അവര്ക്കുല്ലതെന്നു ധരിച്ചു വാശാകരുത്. മറിച്ച് ഈ സംസാര നായകന്മാരുടെ സ്വകാര്യ ജീവിതം അവര് തന്നെ നല്കിയ ഇസ്ലാമിക അളവ് കോലുകൊണ്ട് അളക്കുക. അത് തുടങ്ങേണ്ടത് അവരുടെ സ്വന്തം തട്ടകത്തില് നിന്ന് തന്നെ യാവണം. ഭിന്നിപ്പിച്ചു ഭരിക്കുന്ന ഇവരുടെ തന്ത്രം ഖുര്-ആന് ഒരിക്കലും അന്ഗീകരിക്കുന്നില്ല. യഥാര്ത്ഥ ഇസ്ലാമില് നിന്നും വളരെ അകലെയാണ് നിലവില് പ്രകടമായ ഇസ്ലാം. . നിലവില് പ്രകടമായ ഇസ്ലാം. മേല്പറഞ്ഞ മത വ്യവസായികളുടെ തരം തിരിച്ചുള്ള ഓരോ ഉത്പന്നങ്ങളാണ്. ദാരിദ്ര രേഖക്ക് താഴെ നില്ക്കുന്ന രാജ്യത്തിലെ ഭക്ഷണവും വസ്ത്രവും കിദപ്പാദവുമില്ലാത്ത ജനകോടികളുടെ മുന്നില് പഞ്ചനക്ഷത്ര മഹാസമ്മേള നങ്ങള് നടത്തുന്ന ഇക്കുട്ടരെ സര്വശക്തനായ അല്ലാഹു അങ്ങീകരിക്കില്ല. നിര്ബന്ധ സകാത്തും ആദായ നികുതിയും നല്കാതെ ലോക മാന്യതക്കായി ഇവര് അനുഷ്ടിക്കുന്ന ഹജ്ജ് സര്വ ശക്തനായ അല്ലാഹു സ്വീകരിക്കില്ല. പ്രവാചക ജീവിതത്തെ പിന്പറ്റാതെ ഇസ്ലാം ഒരിക്കലും അന്ഗീകരിക്കാത്ത പ്രവാചക ജന്മദിനം ആഘോഷിക്കുന്നവര് ദൈവശിക്ഷ സ്വയം ഏറ്റു വാങ്ങുന്നവരാണ്. ഇസ്ലാമിക സാമ്പത്തിക ശാസ്ത്രം സത്യസന്ധവും ആത്മാര്തവുമായി തങ്ങളുടെ സ്വന്തം സമൂഹത്തില് യഥാവിധി നടപ്പാക്കാന് തയ്യാറായാല് ഇത്ര സമൂഹങ്ങള്ക്ക് കൂടി ഗുണകരമാവുന്ന ഉപരിവിപ്ളവ മാണ്ണ്ടാവുക. പക്ഷെ നിലവിലുള്ള മത വ്യവസായികള് ഭാരതത്തിലെ മുസ്ലാമനെ അതിന്നാണ് വദിക്കുമോ ? . വിശുദ്ധ ഖുര്-ആന് നിഷ്കര്ഷിക്കുന്ന ഓര് ഉ സാമ്പത്തിക സുതാര്യത പാലിച്ചു ഇസ്ലാമിക സാമ്പത്തിക ശാസ്ത്രം സ്വയം ഉള്ക്കൊള്ളാനുള്ള ആര്ജവം സമകാലീന മുസ്ലിങ്ങള്ക്കുണ്ടോ? ഇല്ല എന്ന് ഉറക്കെ പറയാനാകും . നിലവിലുള്ള ബ്രാണ്ടുകളായ ഇരട്ട മുജാഹിദ്കളോ ഇരട്ട സുന്നികളോ ജമാഅത്ത് കളോ തങ്ങളുടെ കൃത്യമായ സ്വത്ത് വിവരം മഹല്ല് പള്ളി ക്കമ്മറ്റിയെ വര്ഷാവര്ഷം രേഖ മൂലം അറിയിക്കുകയും തങ്ങളുടെ കൃത്യമായ വരുമാനം അറിയിക്കുകയും അതുവഴി കൃത്യമായ സകാത്ത് കണക്കാക്കി അത് അര്ഹത പ്പെട്ടവര്ക്ക് നല്കി തന്റെ സമ്പത്ത് ശുദ്ധീകരിക്കാന് തയ്യാറാകുമോ ? അങ്ങിനെ അയാള് ഇവിടെ ഇസ്ലാമിക് ബാങ്കിങ്ങ് എന്ന മലര് പൊടിക്കാരന്റെ സ്വപ്നം കാണാന് നടക്കേണ്ടതില്ല ഇതാണ് യഥാര്ത്ഥ ശരീഅത്. അതല്ലാതെ മൂന്നും നാലും പെണ്ണ് കെട്ടുവാനും നിലവിലുള്ള ഭാര്യയുടെ ആര്ത്തവ കാലത്ത് സ്റ്റാന്റ് ബൈ ആയി നിര്ത്താന് പെന്നുകെട്ടുവാനുമുള്ള അനുമതിപത്രമല്ല ശരീഅത്. സഹിഷ്ണുതയാണ് ഇസ്ലാം. മൌലനമാര്ക്കും മോല്ലമാര്ക്കും ഇല്ലാതെ പോയതും അതാണ്. അതിന്റെ പേരില് ഇസ്ലാം ഒരുപാട് തെറ്റിദ്ധരിക്കപ്പെട്ടു പോയി. എന്നിട്ടും ഒരു സ്വയം വിമര്ശനത്തിനു ഈ മതസ്ന്ഘടനാ വ്യവസായികള് തയ്യാറാവുന്നില്ല. ഒരു പരിപൂര്ണ ഇസ്ലാമിക സമൂഹത്തില് ഇസ്ലാമിക ബാങ്കിങ്ങിന് ഒരു പ്രസക്തിയും ഇല്ല. നിലവിലുള്ള ബാങ്കിംഗ് പ്രക്രിയില് പങ്കാളി കലാവുമ്പോള് അത് രാജ്യത്തിന്റെ പുരോഗതിക്കു ഗുണം ചെയ്യുമെങ്കില് അതില് ഭാഗഭാക്കാവുകയാണ് സത്യസന്ധനായ മുസല്മാന് ചെയ്യുക. അതില് നിന്നും ലഭ്യമാകുന്ന പലിശ നാട്ടിന്റെ പുരോഗതിക്കായി ചെലവ്സീക്കുക്കാന് തയ്യാറാവുകയും ചെയ്യും. അതിനു ഓരോ മുസല്മാനും ഇസ്ലാമിനെ അറിയണം. നൂറുശതമാനവും അറിഞ്ഞിരിക്കണം . സ്വന്തം താല്പര്യ ത്തെക്കാള് സമൂഹത്തിന്റെ താല്പര്യ മാന് ഓര് മുസല്മാന് ആഗ്രഹിക്കുക. ഒരു vyakthikkappuram രാജ്യത്തിന്റെയും സമൂഹത്തിന്റെയും സാമ്പത്തികവും സാമൂഹ്യവുമായ പുരോഗതിയാണ് ഒരു മുസല്മാന്റെ ജീവിത ദൌത്യം. അതിലൂടെ അവന് തന്റെ സ്രാഷ്ടാവിന്റെ പ്രിയപ്പെട്ടവനാവുകയും പരലോക മോക്ഷം നേടുകയും ചെയ്യും. അതല്ലാതെ ആള്കൂട്ടങ്ങളെ കാണിച്ചു രാഷ്ട്രീയുയ രാജാക്കന്മ്മാരെ പ്രലോഭിപ്പിച്ചു കൊടുക്കുന്ന വോട്ടുകള്ക്കനുസരിച്ചു താല്പര്യങ്ങള് ആവോളം വാങ്ങി കാലത്ത്തിന്നനുസരിച്ച്ചു കച്ചവടം നടത്തി മതേതരത്വത്തിന്റെ മറവില് അഗതികളുടെയും അനാഥ കളുടെയും പേരില് വിദേശ പണം വാരിക്കൂടി ആ കോടികള് കൊണ്ട് സ്വന്തം സംമ്രാജ്യ മുണ്ടാക്കി വിരാജിക്കുന്നത് ശരീഅതോ ഇസ്ലാമോ അല്ല എന്ന് മനസ്സിലാക്കിയേ തീരു. ആള്കൂട്ടങ്ങളില് ഇസ്ലാം വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നില്ല. ആള് കൂട്ടങ്ങളെ സൃഷ്ടിക്കാന് കരുണാമയനായ അല്ലാഹു കല്പിക്കുന്നുമില്ല. സ്വയം മനുഷ്യനാവുകയും മറ്റുള്ളവരെ മനുഷ്യ്രാക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുക എന്ന ദൌത്യ മാണ് ഇസ്ലാം അനുശാസിക്കുന്നത്. അല്ലാഹുവിന്റെ സ്വാര്ത്ഥ thaalparyangalkkaayi അല്ലാഹു മനുഷ്യനോടോന്നും ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്നില്ല. വിശുദ്ധ ഖുര്-ആനിലുടെ നല്കുന്ന ഓരോ ദൈവകല്പനകളും മനസ്സിലാക്കി അതെ കുറിച്ച് കൂലങ്കുഷമായി ചിന്തിച്ചു , നല്ലതാണെന്ന് തോന്നുന്നപക്ഷം മാത്രം സ്വീകരിക്കാനാണ് ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്നത്. സ്വീകരിച്ചാല് വിജയിയായി, നിഷേധിച്ചാല് പരാജിതനും. ഇതേ ഖുര് ആന് മനുഷ്യനോട് കല്പ്പിക്കുന്നോള്ളൂ. തന്റെ സൃഷ്ടിയുടെ ചിന്താ ബോധത്തെയും സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യ ബോധത്തെയും സര്വശക്തനായ നീതിമാനായ അല്ലാഹു അംഗീകരിക്കുന്നു. മറ്റേതു പ്രത്യാ ശാസ്ത്രങ്ങലാണ് തങ്ങളുടെ അനുയായികള്ക്ക് ഈ ചിന്താ സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യം നല്കുന്നത്? വിഗ്രഹങ്ങളെ സൃഷ്ടിക്കുവാന് ഇസ്ലാം ഒരിക്കലും അനുവദിക്കില്ല. വിഗ്രഹ ഭാഞ്ച്ജകര് ആണ് മുസ്ലിങ്ങള്. അല്ലാഹുവിനു മുമ്പില് ശൈഖും ഇമാമും തങ്ങളും ഖാസിയും ഒന്നുമില്ല. . അനുമണി ത്തൂക്കം നന്മചെയ്യുന്നവനും അനുമണി ത്തൂക്കം തിന്മ ചെയ്യുന്നവനും പ്രതിഫലം ഉറപ്പു നല്കുന്നവനാണ് അല്ലാഹു. പെരിലെക്കല്ല അല്ലാഹു നോക്കുക, നിങ്ങളുടെ ഹൃദയങ്ങളിലെക്കാന് നോക്കുക. അതിനു ശേഷമാണ് നിങ്ങളുടെ പ്രവര്ത്തനം വിലയിരുത്തി നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് പ്രതിഫലം നല്കുക. നിങ്ങളുടെ താടികൊണ്ടും തൊപ്പികൊണ്ടും തലപ്പാവുകൊണ്ടും അതുവഴി നിങ്ങള് കാട്ടികൂട്ടുന്ന അഹങ്കാരങ്ങള് കൊണ്ടും അല്ലാഹുവിന്റെ മുമ്പില് ആര്ക്കും രക്ഷപ്പെടാനാവില്ല.

Sunday, January 31, 2010 Dear Sir, ഇസ്ലാമിക് ബാങ്കിംഗ് - ഒരു ഉപഗ്രഹ....Comments :ഇസ്ലാമിക് ബാങ്കിങ് മതേതര ഭാരതത്തില് ഇന്ത്യയില് ആദ്യമായി ഒരു സംസ്ഥാന സര്ക്കാറിന്റെ നേതൃത്വത്തില് ഇസ്ലാമിക് ബാങ്കിങ് ആരംഭിക്കാനുള്ള തീരുമാനവും അതിനെതിരായി കോടതിയെ സമീപിച്ചതും വിവാദമായി മാറി. സര്ക്കാര് ഉടമസ്ഥതയിലുള്ള കേരള സ്റ്റേറ്റ് ഇന്വെസ്റ്റ്മെന്റ് ഡവലപ്മെന്റ് കോര്പ്പറേഷന് ശരീഅഃ നിയമങ്ങളുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലുള്ള സ്ഥാപനം തുടങ്ങുന്നത് ഭരണഘടനയുടെ മതേതരസങ്കല്പത്തിന് എതിരാണെന്ന് ആരോപിച്ച് ജനതാപാര്ട്ടി പ്രസിഡന്റ് സുബ്രഹ്മണ്യം സ്വാമി ഹൈ കോടതിയെ സമീപിച്ചു. കോടതി ഈ നീക്കങ്ങളെ സ്റ്റേ ചെയ്ത് കേന്ദ്ര സര്ക്കാറിനും റിസര്വ് ബാങ്കിനും നോട്ടീസ് അയക്കാന് തീരുമാനിച്ചു. കേരള സര്ക്കാര് ഉടമസ്ഥതയിലുള്ള കേരള സ്റ്റേറ്റ് ഇന്വെസ്റ്റ്മെന്റ് ഡവലപ്മെന്റ് കോര്പ്പറേഷന് (കെ.എസ്.ഐ.ഡി.സി) തുടങ്ങാന് തീരുമാനിച്ചത് ബാങ്കല്ല, ബാങ്കിതര ധനകാര്യ കമ്പനിയാണ്. നിലവിലുള്ള നിയമങ്ങള്ക്കനുസരിച്ച് ഇന്ത്യയില് ഇസ്ലാമിക് ബാങ്കിന് പ്രവര്ത്തിക്കാനാവില്ല. അതേസമയം, റിസര്വ് ബാങ്ക് ആക്ട് മൂന്നാം അധ്യായത്തിലെ നിയമങ്ങള് പാലിച്ച് ധനകാര്യ കമ്പനി ഇന്ത്യയില് ആര്ക്കും രജിസ്റ്റര് ചെയ്യാം. കെ.എസ്.ഐ.ഡി.സി ചെയ്തതും അതുതന്നെ. എല്ലാ മതസ്ഥര്ക്കും അതില് പങ്കാളികളാവാം. 11 ശതമാനം ഓഹരി സര്ക്കാര് കൈവശം വെക്കുന്നതുകൊണ്ട് അതിന്റെ ഉടമാവകാശം സര്ക്കാറിനാവുന്നില്ല. ഓഹരി ഉടമകളില്നിന്ന് തെരഞ്ഞെടുക്കപ്പെടുന്ന ഡയറക്ടര് ബോര്ഡിനാണ് കമ്പനിയുടെ നിയന്ത്രണാധികാരം. ഇത്തരം ധനകാര്യ സ്ഥാപനം നിയമാനുസൃതമായി പ്രവര്ത്തിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിന് ഭരണഘടനയുടെ 25, 26 വകുപ്പുകളനുസരിച്ച് ഏതു ഇന്ത്യന് പൌരനും അവകാശമുണ്ട്. നിയമത്തില് ഒരു ഇളവും അനുവദിക്കാതെയാണ് കെ.എസ്.ഐ.ഡി.സി ഫൈനാന്സ് കമ്പനി രജിസ്റ്റര് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നത്. ഇത്തരമൊരു സ്ഥാപനം ഭരണഘടന അനുശാസിക്കുന്ന തത്ത്വങ്ങള്ക്ക് എതിരാവുന്നത് എങ്ങനെ? ഇന്ത്യയില് പ്രവര്ത്തിക്കുന്ന നിരവധി ധനകാര്യകമ്പനികളുമായി ഒരേ ഒരു വ്യത്യാസമേ ഈ കമ്പനിക്കുള്ളൂ. ഇടപാടുകള് പലിശക്കുപകരം ലാഭ^നഷ്ട പങ്കാളിത്ത അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലായിരിക്കും എന്നത് മാത്രമാണത്. സര്ക്കാര് ഉടമസ്ഥതയിലുള്ള സ്ഥാപനം ഇതിന് മുന്കൈയെടുക്കുന്നത് ശരിയല്ല എന്നാണ് ഹരജിക്കാരന് കോടതിയില് വാദിച്ചത്. സര്ക്കാര് കെ.എസ്.ഐ.ഡി.സി രൂപവത്കരിച്ചത് നിക്ഷേപം പ്രോല്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനാണ്. ഏതു സംസ്ഥാനവും നിക്ഷേപം പരമാവധി പുറത്തുനിന്ന് ആകര്ഷിച്ച് വികസനവും വളര്ച്ചയും ത്വരിതഗതിയിലാക്കാനുള്ള ശ്രമങ്ങളാണ് നടത്തുന്നത്. പലിശാധിഷ്ഠിത സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളില് നിക്ഷേപിക്കാന് ഇഷ്ടപ്പെടാത്തതിനാല് ഉപയോഗിക്കപ്പെടാതെ നിലനില്ക്കുന്ന വന്തുക മുസ്ലിംകളിലും മറ്റ് സമുദായങ്ങളിലുംപെട്ട ധാരാളം ആളുകളുടെ കൈയില് കെട്ടിക്കിടക്കുന്നതായി നിരവധി പഠനങ്ങള് വെളിപ്പെടുത്തിയതാണ്. ഇങ്ങനെ കിടക്കുന്ന പണത്തെ സംസ്ഥാനത്തിന്റെ വികസനത്തിന് ലഭ്യമാക്കാനുള്ള ശ്രമമാണ് കെ.എസ്.ഐ.ഡി.സി നടത്തിയത്. മുസ്ലിംകളുടെ കൈയിലാണ് ഈ പണം കൂടുതലുള്ളത് എന്നതുകൊണ്ടും അത് ലഭിക്കണമെങ്കില് ഇസ്ലാമിക ധനകാര്യ സ്ഥാപനമാവണം എന്നതുകൊണ്ടും അവര് ആ പേര് ഉപയോഗിച്ചു എന്നു മാത്രം. ഇത് സംസ്ഥാനത്തിന്റെ വളര്ച്ച ലക്ഷ്യംവെച്ചുള്ള പ്രവര്ത്തനമാണ്. പൊതുസമൂഹത്തിന്റെ നന്മ മാത്രമാണ് ഇവിടെ ലക്ഷ്യംവെക്കുന്നത്. ഇതില് ഓഹരിയെടുക്കാനാഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവര്
ക്ക് മതം ഒരു തടസ്സമല്ലാത്തിടത്തോളം ഇന്ത്യന് മതേതരത്വത്തിന് എതിരല്ലതാനും.
സെക്കുലറിസം അടിസ്ഥാന ആശയമായി അംഗീകരിച്ച പല രാജ്യങ്ങളും ഇസ്ലാമിക് ബാങ്കിങ് രീതികള് ഒരു മറയുമില്ലാതെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. മതേതരത്വത്തിന്റെ പേരില് പൊതുസ്ഥലങ്ങളില് പര്ദ ധരിക്കുന്നത് വിലക്കിയ ഫ്രാന്സില് ശരീഅഃ നിയമങ്ങള്ക്കനുസരിച്ച് പ്രവര്ത്തിക്കുന്ന ഇസ്ലാമിക്ബോണ്ടുകള് നിയമവിധേയമാക്കിയത് ഏതാനും ആഴ്ചകള്ക്കുമുമ്പാണ്. ഇസ്ലാമിക് ബാങ്കിങ് രീതികളെക്കുറിച്ച് പഠിക്കാനും അവര് തീരുമാനിച്ചു. ബ്രിട്ടനില് ഇസ്ലാമിക് ബാങ്കിങ്ങിന് അനുകൂലമായി നിയമം ഭേദഗതി ചെയ്തു എന്ന് മാത്രമല്ല പാശ്ചാത്യ രാഷ്ട്രങ്ങളില് ഇസ്ലാമിക് ബാങ്കിങ്ങിന്റെ കേന്ദ്രമായി മാറാന് അവര് ശ്രമിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കയാണ്. 23 ഇസ്ലാമിക് ബാങ്കുകളും നിരവധി ബാങ്കിതര ധനകാര്യ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളും ഇവിടെ പ്രവര്ത്തനനിരതമാണ്. അമേരിക്കയില് 20 ഇസ്ലാമിക് ബാങ്കുകളും നിരവധി ഇസ്ലാമിക് ബോണ്ടുകളും ലഭ്യമാണ്. പാശ്ചാത്യരാജ്യങ്ങളില് മൊത്തം 70 ലേറെ ബാങ്കുകള് പ്രവര്ത്തിക്കുന്നു. ലോക പ്രശസ്ത ബാങ്കുകളായ സിറ്റി ബാങ്കിനും എച്ച്.എസ്.ബി.സിക്കും ഇസ്ലാമിക് ബാങ്കിങ് കൌണ്ടറുകളുണ്ട്. ഇങ്ങ് ഏഷ്യയിലാവട്ടെ സിംഗപ്പൂര്, ചൈന, മലേഷ്യ തുടങ്ങിയ രാജ്യങ്ങള് ഇസ്ലാമിക് ബാങ്കിങ് ഹബ്ബുകളായി മാറാനുള്ള ഒരുക്കങ്ങളിലാണ്. മലേഷ്യയിലെ ഇസ്ലാമിക് ബാങ്കുകളില് ഇടപാടുകള് നടത്തുന്നവരില് 40 ശതമാനവും മറ്റു മതസ്ഥരാണ്.
ചുരുക്കത്തില്, വിവിധ രാജ്യങ്ങള് ഇസ്ലാമിക് ബാങ്കിങ് രീതികള് നടപ്പാക്കുന്നത് ഇസ്ലാമിക ആശയങ്ങളോടുള്ള പ്രതിബദ്ധത എന്നതിലുപരി പ്രതിസന്ധിയെ അതിജീവിക്കാനുള്ള അതിന്റെ കരുത്തും നിക്ഷേപങ്ങള് കൂടുതല് ആകര്ഷിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് സാമ്പത്തിക വളര്ച്ച വര്ധിപ്പിക്കാനുള്ള അതിന്റെ പ്രത്യേകതയുമാണ്. പാശ്ചാത്യ രാജ്യങ്ങളില് ഈയിടെയുണ്ടായ സാമ്പത്തിക പ്രതിസന്ധി ഇസ്ലാമിക സാമ്പത്തിക സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളുടെ വളര്ച്ചയുടെ ആക്കം കൂട്ടിയിരിക്കുന്നു. ഇന്ത്യയിലും രാഷ്ട്രീയ, മതകാരണങ്ങളാല് ഇസ്ലാമിക് ബാങ്കിങ് ഇനിയും തടഞ്ഞുനിര്ത്തുന്നത് രാഷ്ട്രത്തിന്റെ വളര്ച്ചയെ പിറകോട്ട് നയിക്കാനാണ് കാരണമാവുക. എല്ലാ രാഷ്ട്രങ്ങളും കൂടുതല് വിദേശനിക്ഷേപം ആകര്ഷിക്കാനുള്ള ശ്രമങ്ങളാണ് നടത്തിക്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നത്. നിക്ഷേപ സമാഹരണം കൂടുതലായി നടത്തുന്ന ഗള്ഫ് രാഷ്ട്രങ്ങള് സാമ്പത്തികപ്രതിസന്ധിക്കുശേഷം പാശ്ചാത്യ രാജ്യങ്ങളില് നിക്ഷേപിക്കുന്നത് സുരക്ഷിതമായി കരുതുന്നില്ല. ഇന്ത്യയെയും ചൈനയെയുമാണ് അവര് പ്രതീക്ഷയോടെ നോക്കുന്നത്. പലിശരഹിത സംരംഭങ്ങളില് നിക്ഷേപിക്കുന്നതിനാണ് പല ഗള്ഫ് രാജ്യങ്ങളും സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളും ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നതും. പലിശരഹിതമായ ഫൈനാന്സിങ് രീതികള് പ്രോല്സാഹിപ്പിച്ചാല് ഈ പണം ആകര്ഷിക്കാന് നമ്മുടെ രാജ്യത്തിനാവും. ചൈനയും സിംഗപ്പൂരും ഇസ്ലാമിക് ബാങ്കിങ് യാഥാര്ഥ്യമാക്കി ഈ നിക്ഷേപങ്ങള് പിടിച്ചെടുക്കാനുള്ള ശ്രമത്തിലാണ്. രാജ്യത്തോടുള്ള സ്നേഹവും രാഷ്ട്രത്തിന്റെ പുരോഗതിയുമാണ് നമ്മുടെ ലക്ഷ്യമെങ്കില് ഇസ്ലാമിക് ബാങ്കിങ്ങിന് അനുകൂലമായി നിയമം ഭേദഗതി ചെയ്യാനുള്ള ആര്ജവമാണ് നമ്മുടെ ഭരണാധികാരികള് കാണിക്കേണ്ടത്. ലണ്ടന്, പാരീസ്, സിംഗപ്പൂര്, ടോക്യോ, ഹോങ്കോങ് എന്നിവക്ക് ഇസ്ലാമിക് ബാങ്കിങ് കേന്ദ്രങ്ങളാവാമെങ്കില് എന്തുകൊണ്ട് മുംബൈക്കും കൊച്ചിക്കും ആയിക്കൂടാ?
സാമ്പ്രദായിക ബാങ്കിങ്ങിന് ബദലായി ഇസ്ലാമിക് ബാങ്കിങ് വളര്ന്നുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുകയാണ്. നീതിയും തുല്യതയുമാണ് അത് ലക്ഷ്യംവെക്കുന്നത്. ദാരിദ്യ്ര നിര്മാര്ജനം അതിന്റെ പ്രതീക്ഷിത ഫലമാണ്. യഥാര്ഥ വളര്ച്ചയാണ് അത് ലക്ഷ്യമിടുന്നത്. എല്ലാവരെയും ഉള്ക്കൊള്ളുന്ന വളര്ച്ച (Inclusive growth) അത് യാഥാര്ഥ്യമാക്കുന്നു. ഇതിനൊക്കെ വേണ്ടിയുള്ള നമ്മുടെ പ്രഖ്യാപിത നയങ്ങള് വേണ്ടത്ര ഫലം ചെയ്തില്ലെങ്കില് എന്തുകൊണ്ട് ഇസ്ലാമിക് ബാങ്കിങ് പരീക്ഷിച്ചുകൂടാ? ഇന്ത്യന് സാമ്പത്തിക രംഗത്തെ പരിഷ്കരണത്തെപ്പറ്റി പഠിച്ച് റിപ്പോര്ട്ട് സമര്പ്പിച്ച രഘുരാം രാജന് കമ്മിറ്റി പലിശരഹിത ബാങ്കിങ്ങിന്റെ പ്രാധാന്യം സൂചിപ്പിക്കുകയുണ്ടായി. ഇന്ത്യയില്ത്തന്നെ മഹാരാഷ്ട്ര സര്ക്കാര് ഇസ്ലാമിക ധനകാര്യ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളില്നിന്ന് ഈ രീതിയില് പണം സ്വീകരിച്ച് നിക്ഷേപമിറക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. ടാറ്റ, റിലയന്സ് തുടങ്ങിയ വന് കമ്പനികള്വരെ ഇസ്ലാമിക ഫൈനാന്സ് ഉല്പന്നങ്ങള് വിപണിയിലിറക്കുന്നു. ഇവക്കൊക്കെ നേതൃത്വം നല്കുന്നത് മുസ്ലിംകള് അല്ലെന്നിരിക്കെ നാം എന്തിന് അറച്ചുനില്ക്കണം? സങ്കുചിതമായ മത^രാഷ്ട്രീയ വീക്ഷണങ്ങള്ക്കപ്പുറം രാഷ്ട്രവളര്ച്ചക്കായി നമുക്കൊരുമിച്ചുകൂടേ?

We should be the example for our children. Firstly we should be perfect. We should give them some advices also. Even in our Kerala things are changing. Once I have heard an opinon from a mother as follows; One of my friends asked her about her child\'s (15 years old) dress, who was wearing short skirts, she replied \"in our times we could not wear such dress, atleast let them now\". The case of having a surrogate mother just for the fear of pain or difficulty during pregnancy is just hideous. He asks about morality. What is the morality nowadays. What do we teach our children in schools. We teach them to win, to win the secondary board examination, to win d entrance examination, to win a high class job, to win a society lady or a gentleman as his/her life partner. We teach them to win again. And finally they learn to win themselves. There won\'t b any looking back. I think there lies the problem and d solution as well. The education. ക ഭദ്രത കുറഞ്ഞ കുടുംബത്തില് അംഗ സംഖ്യ വര്ധിക്കുമ്പോള് ഉണ്ടാവുന്ന പ്രശ്നം തന്നെയാണ്,ഇന്ത്യ പോലുള്ള ദുര്ബല രാഷ്ട്രീയ സംവിധാനമുള്ള രാജ്യങ്ങളില് ജനസംഖ്യ വര്ദ്ടനവും ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നത്.ഈ പ്രശ്നത്തെ സാമ്പത്തിക മുന്നേറ്റം കൊണ്ട് തരണം ചെയ്യാവുന്നതാണ്.ജനസംഖ്യ വര്ധനവ് കൂടുതല് അവസരങ്ങളും സധ്യതകലുമാനു നല്കുന്നത്.ജനസംഖ്യ വര്ദ്ദനവ് കൊണ്ട് ദാരിദ്രം ഉണ്ടാകുമെങ്കില്, ലോകത്തിലേറ്റവും കൂടുതല് ജനസംഖ്യ ഉള്ള ചൈന യായിരുന്നു ഏറ്റവും ദരിദ്ര രാഷ്ട്രമാകേണ്ടത്.പക്ഷെ 1981 ഇല് 64% ദാരിദ്രമുണ്ടായിരുന്ന ചൈനയില് പിന്നീടുണ്ടായ സാമ്പത്തിക മുന്നേറ്റം മൂലം 2004 ആയപ്പോയെക്കും ദാരിദ്രം വെറും 10% ആയി കുറഞ്ഞു.2006 ഇല് 8% വും ആയികുറഞ്ഞു(central intelligence agency report).2007 ഇലെ united nations development programme ഇന്റെ കണക്കനുസരിച്ച് ചൈനയില് ദാരിദ്രം വെറും 2.8% വും ആയി കുറഞ്ഞു.1947 ഇല് ഇന്ത്യക്ക് തുല്യമായ സാമ്പത്തികവും ദാരിദ്രവുമുള്ള കൊറിയ 2000 തോടെ developed country (0% poverty) യായി മാറി.ഇനി ജനസംഖ്യ കുറവ് കൊണ്ട് ദാരിദ്രം മാറുമെങ്കില്,ഇന്ത്യയുടെ 1% പോലും ജനസംഖ്യ ഇല്ലാത്ത ആഫ്രിക്കന് രാജ്യങ്ങളില് കൊടിയ ദാരിദ്രം ഉണ്ടാകുമായിരുന്നില്ല.ഇന്ത്യയുടെ കാര്യം തന്നെ എടുത്താല് ഏറ്റവും ജനസംഖ്യയുള്ള ഉത്തര പ്രദേശ്(10 കോടിയില് പരം ജനം) അല്ല ദാരിദ്രത്തില് ഒന്നാം സ്ഥാനത്ത്.പകരം ജനസംഖ്യ യില് 11 ആം സ്ഥാനമുള്ള ഒറീസ്സ യാണ്.ഇന്ത്യ യുടെ അയല് രാജ്യമായ നേപളില് ജനസംഖ്യ ഇന്ത്യയുടെ ജനസംഖ്യയുടെ കഷ്ടിച്ച് 2.5% മാത്രം.എന്നിട്ടും എന്തുകൊണ്ട് ദാരിദ്രം മാറുന്നില്ല?.

I think the reeport remained inconclusive, with many other relevant issues not find its place. There is not much logic in the concept of Islamic bank, but the system having been practised by a great religion world over, we cannot jump into any conclusions abouts its veracity. But, I fail to understand the logic behind rejecting conventional banking system by the Islamic clerics, and justifying only Islamic banking principles. We are talking loud about the democracy,secularism etc etc .. But in the deep of our mind, Indian society is very much conventional, conservative. Its true that India is the biggest commercial country in the world. So it makes it true think about the back curtain lobby behind the screen to target Indian consumer world.. We have to read these Oscar and Beauty Contestant titles side to that context. I dont personally feel SlumDog is that much great movie. There were so many other movies in the row to compete with it. Another point that the Nobel prize for US president Obama. This is the first time Nobel prize gone to someone for his Futue(supposed to do in ..) favours..Its clearly this is all about business. At last , in case of Taslima,its just shameful and humiliating that the great Indian democracy cannot secure her!!! Sun, May 3, 2009 at 11:32 AMDear Sir, ശ്രീലങ്ക; മനുഷ്യത്വരഹിതം, പൈശാചികംComments :ലേഖനം വായിച്ചു.ഇത്രയും ദിവസം എനിക്ക് ഇതിന്റെ ഘൌരവം അറിയില്ലായിരുന്നു, ഞാന് കരുതി ഈ തമിഴന്മാര് ആ രാജ്യക്കാരെ ജീവിക്കാന് സമ്മതിക്കില്ല എന്നായിരുന്നു. പക്ഷെ ഇപ്പോള് ഒരു വാര്ത്ത പോലും ഞാന് മിസ്സാക്കുന്നില്ല. വല്ലാത്ത ഒരു യുദ്ധകൊതി തന്നെ മനുഷ്യനു അല്ലെ? നന്നായിട്ടുണ്ട് കേട്ടോ, വെറും വാക്കല്ല. വരികള്ക്ക് നല്ല കരുത്തുണ്ട്. ഗുജറാത്ത് കലാപത്തില് മോഡിയുടെ പങ്കു അന്വേഷ്ണ വിധേയമാക്കാനുള്ള സുപ്രീം കോടതി നിര്ദ്ധേസം വന്നപ്പോള് വല്ലാത്ത സന്തോഷം തോന്നി. ഇതിലൂടെ എന്റെ നാടിന്റെ നീതി സംവിധാനത്തില് എനിക്ക് നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ട വിശ്വാസം അല്പം തിരിച്ചു കിട്ടി.അതെ എന്റെ രാജ്യത്തിന്റെ നീതി സംവിധാനം ദൈവത്തിന് മുന്നില് തല ഉയര്ത്തി നില്ക്കുന്നു.ദൈവമേ നിനക്ക് നന്ദി. ഇപ്പോഴും എനിക്ക് ലജ്ജ തോനുന്നു അയാള് ജീവിക്കുന്ന ഈ രാജ്യത്തു ജീവിക്കാന്.സത്യം, എനിക്ക് വാക്കുകള് കൊണ്ട് അത് വ്യക്തമാക്കാന് കഴിയുന്നില്ല. എല്ലാ വിഷയങ്ങളെ കുറിച്ചും ഇതു പോലെ ആധികാരികമായി എഴുതാന് താങ്കള്ക്ക് കഴിയട്ടെ. Comments :I feel pitty about the author of this article. I am a RSS comrade and on Oscar award function day, i was praying for Rasool and AR, not thinking about their religion, but THEY ARE INDIAN. I have been an RSS Comrade since my child hood and I was never forbidden by our leaders to make friendship with Muslims/Christians. Indeed, i have a lot of Christian and muslim friends here and back in Kerala as well. Talking about descrimination over and over again will not cure the tension between religions, but talk positively. instead of injecting -ve thoughts, inject +ve thoughts. I was wondering what you was expecting by this article. you want RSS to respond this article, then you will come with more arguments and all the RSS and Muslim parties to fight or abuse each other??? You was talking a lot about Gujarath and godhra. But In Asianet (DOESNT BELONGS TO RSS), their was an interview with some Muslims and were talking they already forgot the incident and no time to fitht over that. instead, they are talking about the development of their state and communal harmony. Still most of the politicians, especially Keralite, fighting over this issue and trying to descriminate Hindus and Muslims over this issue. Please, we have already have enough loss over religious disputes. Atlease, it is the time to forget or solve all the disputes and work together for our nation\'s development. It is clear that the politicians will not permit any social/charity organisations to come up or work independently without honouring them. This damn politics has spoiled our country. They are ready to inaugurate any function if it be a lavatory even. The works of Mr. Jose Maveli is highly divine. I may opine that he could have kept away from the election field as it is not workth for a social worker.
